To make sure that you
receive your orders on time as well as making it convenient to make payment,
we offer the following payment options:
1. Credit card payment.
(Visa/MasterCard/Amex/
Discovery). The most convenient and easiest way to make transactions. You
can submit your credit card information to us electronically or we can take
the information over the phone.
2. Money Order, Certified
Check.
Your group can pay by money
order or certified check upon ordering. We can expedite this by having the
check picked up by UPS.
No personal or League checks
please.
3.Purchase Order (available
for public schools only).
If your department or
organization is not legally and financially associated with the school, then
this option is not available. Issue us a purchase order for payment and pay
within 30 days of your order date. The purchase order must be signed by 3
members. The principal, school treasurer and group organizer. All
parties signing are personally held liable for any non-payment.
Need a no money upfront
solution!
Start fundraising with
any of our great order taker brochures. The order taker brochures are free
as long as you commit to running a fundraiser.
You collect money from
supporters when they order items from the brochures. This ensures that you
will have the funds available to order all the items at the end of the
fundraiser and get your group the funds it needs to raise.
